Thom Bateman is a classically trained yet largely self-taught chef soon to become restauranteur, as he opens up his first restaurant in his hometown of Cheddleton, Staffordshire. Born from his constant passion for cooking, Thom launched his Instagram page ‘bboxfood’ in April 2019 to showcase his creations, growing exponentially to gain 12,000 followers in just 11 months. Thom is Chef Patron of The Flintlock at Cheddleton, Executive Chef for the Foodslut group and recipe creator of the Instagram page bboxfood.
