Simon has been cooking professionally since his school days and is one of the UK’s most decorated chefs. Owner of The Michelin starred Elephant restaurant in Devon, Simon and his team have maintained the coveted Michelin star since 2006. Simon has competed and won competitions all over the globe and was Team Captain for the British culinary team. Simon's ethos is simple, use the best ingredients, cooked simply and using sustainable practices. The Elephant restaurant has its own dedicated 90 acre farm from which the majority of its produce is provided. Simon has consulted and become an ambassador with some of the Worlds most famous companies and is a regular guest on Saturday Kitchen and James Martin. .
