Mark is lucky enough to spend his time growing, eating, writing and talking about food. He is known for Otter Farm, where he grew everything from Szechuan peppers to pecans to Asian pears. His refreshing approach to growing and eating has done much to inspire a new generation to grow (some of) what they eat. Mark is your man for all things plot to plate. Mark has written, photographed and styled 0 award winning books, including 2 that won Food Book of the Year and 2 that won Garden Book of the Year in the UK. In 2019, he wrote Sour, which was shortlisted for a James Beard Foundation award.
