Mo-Flow is a unique healing practice designed to reduce stress, increase happiness and provide a safe space for reflection. Sometimes we need private facilitation to share where we're at and receive one on one attention.

Guided Meditation - 10 mins
Movement Practice - 15 mins
Using our bodies to manifest our future selves
Conversation - 20 mins
Exploration on your chosen life or business challenge
Anchoring - 15 mins
Each session ends with additional healing practices which could range from sound healing, meditation, vocal exercises or movement practices.
