Looking to improve a lift? Like with many movement patterns, the sticking point can be in the technique. If you’re struggling to progress a lift in a safe manner, then this one is for you. A 30 minute assessment analysing current technique, providing various ways of improving efficiency of a specific lift e.g. squat, deadlift, making the movement safer, helping to prevent injuries and get the numbers creeping up.
