90 minute- Ayurvedic Health session
This introduction programme is suitable for individuals who want to increase their energy, improve digestion issues, experience more balance and focus, as well as understand the basics of Ayurveda, learn their Dosha - body-type and learn what type of foods and lifestyle choices to bring you into balance, so you feel energised, and can see improvements in your gut-health and overall immune system.
In this session, I will teach and offer suggestions and practices to suit your needs and health goals.
